Hello crafters and makers! Today I'm hosting the Mix-Ability Challenge, and we are featuring projects that have a serene and peaceful feel to them. Stop by the MIX516: It's Snow Quiet challenge and play along.
About my card: I grabbed some old linen texture cardstock and traced around the bottom of a paint bottle for the moon. Then I used that as my guide to making the blue shade of rings, slightly blending the transitions. Spattering white paint over the moon sky and letting it dry while I stamped the trees twice from Let It Snow and cut them out with scissors and a utility knife. Added the sentiment from The Best Gift of All after converting it from a 3-line to 1-line sentiment with my MISTI tool.
Thank you for stopping by!
P.S. I'm exercising that SCS challenges are always open and adding this card to last weeks MIX515: Trees!. It just seemed too perfect to not add it.

Those are chilly looking blues! Just what we've been having here for the last week. The texture in the paint is fab, I don't know how you blended the colours so smoothly and still kept the visual texture.
