I made two of these cards--one for Walt who is missing Cheryl and one for my sister-in-law, Regina, who lost her husband of 53 years back in January and is missing him terribly.
Inside the card is a computer-generated sentiment on a white scrap: "May the Gifts of Comfort & Peace Be Yours This Christmas".
Stamp Chickadee image on white scrap. Color with colored pencils. Die cut using deckle-edged rectangle die. Dot the snowflakes with white acrylic paint. Set aside to dry.
Use blending brush to add blue ink around the edges of a white A2 card front. Adhere white panel to card front. TFL!

Welcome to the Tea Party and you kicked it off with one great card. That image is so sweet and your coloring is lovely. Love the silver on the ornament along with the deckled edging. Sorry to hear of you SIL's loss. This is a really tough time for folks who have experience that during the year. The first is always the hardest. But I think this adorable chickadee will bring a smile to each of them. Wonderful card and a beautiful and heartfelt sentiment.

Lovely coloring of this sweet image ... and such comforting cards for both Walt and your sister-in-law.
