This is my sample for the Color Challenge hosted by Karen. Her beautiful colors are: Real Red, Poppy Parade, Old Olive and for the dessert option: add in a fourth color of your choice. I did not have any dessert this time.
I saw this idea on Pinterest by Jaimie B. and I wanted to try it. Jaimie's card uses a primarily autumn seasonal set to create a Christmas card. Love that!
The wreath was created using the Fond of Autumn stamp set and coordinating die that cuts the larger image into smaller sections. I stamped and cut multiple times to have enough leaves & berries section to create a wreath. The berries were colored with Blends markers with Real Red on the edges and Poppy Parade in the centers which is lighter & brighter. The leaves were colored with Light and Medium Old Olive Blendabilities (a precursor to the now current Blends markers). The sentiment was stamped in Real Red.
I used a Poppy Parade card base with a strip of Old Olive DSP. The finishing touches are a die-cut glimmer bow and some rhinestones.
We hope you will join in and create with this fabulous color combo! TFL

Awesome! Creative way you used the stamp to make a wreath. The color/shading is perfect. The beautiful headline stamp and glitter bow are an excellent finish...
