A Green side fold card from a pkg. of cards. I took 3 borders and glued them to the front at an angle. I made a pattern for the front banner and cut it into 2 layers for the BG for the ornament. I stamped the base and added 2 brads for interest. Added a gold hanging cord with a gold gel pen. Since I got behind I'm keeping the cards simple as I need quite a few. I had a flood in my craft area back in October and lost a month of crafting. Still trying to play catch up!

Sorry to hear about the flood in your craft room, that is awful. Looks like you are catching up with some beautiful cards. I love the very pretty ornament with the slanted background. The brads are a perfect touch. Beautifully done.

So sorry to hear about the flooding that happened in your craft room, Betty. It sounds like you lost a lot of your work and possibly supplies.
This card is exquisite all in green. A wonderful idea to use borders as decorative strips for the bg. Putting them on the diagonal gives a sense of energy, The ornament itself is spectacular! and certainly the focal point of your design. A beautiful Christmas card.

That ornament is one of the prettiest I have seen! Wow. This card is fabulous, Betty.
Sorry about that flood - hope you didn't lose too many things (or are using it as an excuse to get new things - lol).
Hugz
