This is my card for CC923. Jeanne is our hostess and she chose pacific point, fresh freesia and balmy blue for her color trio. Dessert option this week is your favorite pink. I chose polished pink.
I created a slimline Christmas card for my sample this week. I started with the background designer paper. I just bought this new pack of Christmas themed card fronts from Divinity Designs. the patterns are so pretty and perfect for creating outdoor scenes.
I used the new Polar Bear Trio & Igloo die from CottageCutz. Used the challenge colors for their hats & scarves. For the North Pole sign, I used balmy blue and then merry merlot for the pole. It is a candy cane after all. Not wild about the shade-just a bit dark.
The Season's Greetings sentiment phrase is also a die from CottageCutz. I cut that in pacific point. Added a few more pine trees in white and that's my card.
Hope you can play along with us this week. Jeanne has chosen some great colors for your card making.

How funny that you and I both chose polar bears for our themes! Love the slimline look and this adorable trio of bears with their colorful hats and scarves!

Adorable snowy scene. The background paper is fantastic. The polar bear cubs really take center stage. So cute! Wonderful use of the challenge colors. Love it!
