Pasta it is. First of all make your favourite pasta. Kitty is cooking Spag Bol for dinner tonight. Let the fun and games begin.
First of all I discovered that I don't have any pasta stamps at all. That had me stumped. I do have this very cute Kitty stamp though. No pasta stamps in sight. Anyway Stamped and embossed the image and coloured it using water colour pencils. Added some doodled flowers to Kitty's apron. Framed the image with a lacey die.
On the inside of the card I have created a bowl of steaming pasta by using a bonsai planter as a pasta bowl. The pasta is really supposed to be the froth off the top of a cup of hot chocolate - he he he. I doodled on some basil leaves to finish the pasta dish off.
A successful day in the kitchen.
Hope you enjoy.

Another fun card. I like how you created your bowl of spaghetti. Happy weekend.

Great scene. My husband’s family used to make their own pasta and his grandmother tried to teach me. Unfortunately I was used to using a recipe and she was a “until it looks/feels right” kind of cook so I didn’t really catch on.

While I foumd it extremely difficult to cope when my dad encouraged mice in his kitchen by feeding what he thought was "just one mouse", I do love this and it really made me smile. Your colouring of gorgeous, and I really like that die-cut layer.
