This week we are visiting the colorful and fun Gallery of our newest Featured Stamper Charmaine aka tweedcurtain. So many wonderful cards to choose from and I found the perfect inspiration for me with this happy card: Pretty Bird for Mom by tweedcurtain at Splitcoaststampers
I am working on donation cards for Send Seniors Love (this month's Cards for a Cause mission). I thought her sweet bird and the fun dots in the bg would be a cheery way to say hello to a senior. So, I kept the bird, the dots, and the colors but changed the branch to just the foliage and a sentiment strip.
This bird die cuts all the pieces at one time so I ended up with the parts for three birds. Nothing to explain here -- just stamping and gluing. If I were sending this card from me, I would have popped the panel up a bit because I love that extra dimension. But I wanted to keep it flatter so the organization wouldn't have any trouble with mailing so it's glued directly onto the base.
Congratulations Charmaine. I so enjoyed your wonderful cards. I hope you enjoy all the cards you will inspire this week. And, I hope everyone is having a "tweet" day. TFL.

Debbie, your clean and modern cards are wonderful! I like the colours you used and the combo of solid and outline circles in the background. I'm glad I could inspire you - thanks for playing this week!
Debbie, these are a great case of Charmaine's card. I adore how cheerful these cards are. Smart way to use your three colored bird parts to create and using them for multiple cards for the seniors donation. I love the soft color combination you used. Wonderful!
