For this card colored up this flower image from Divinity Designs that was sitting in my stack of uncolored images. I then fussy cut it.
Next, I used a heart cover plate to add the paper piercing to the base of the card. I then die cut the stitched rectangle and layered the flowers over it.
I finished with the birthday sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

Beautiful piercing, fussy cutting and coloring, Lisa! Love your large tulips and their foliage! I find large images harder to color, but you Aced this one~
