I would have loved to make one just like it. However, I was inspired to do what I could with what I have. I kept the circles, the script background, hydrangeas, ribbon, sentiment banner, similar background paper. I changed the image, colors, theme, A2 size, sentiment at bottom, ribbon knot instead of bow. I stamped the image on the script paper, then again on watercolor paper. I watercolored the flowers on the watercolor paper with Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz. The bloom and leaves were fussy cut and glued on top of the first stamped image, bending up the edges a bit.
Wonderful card to be inspired by. Thanks Pam for sharing your lovely cards with us and for inspiring mine today!

And you did exceptionally well with what you have...this is gorgeous. Love the soft colors and the dps you used. Lovely coloring on the blooms. Fabulous card.

Beautiful birthday card, Diane. Your hydrangea is so realistically colored. Many of ours turn a greenish-pink when the temps soar to the high90s and 100s.

Beautiful! Love the design, the colors and that matching color ribbon tie is an excellent detail. The framing and matching BG colors are perfect.
