This card started out as my ATC for this technique. However, about halfway through, I realized I should have used a line-drawn stamp and didn't think this was going to work. In the end, after it was almost dry, I overstamped the image and sentiment again. (It's not hard when the lines are already blurred.) It gave it the definition it needed and now I think I like it better than my other ATC.
Also, I brushed some Crumb Cake and Cinnamon Cider over this one to make it blend better with the Cinnamon Cider base.
I used a die from Chalk Talk Framelits because I think it looks like a wood cutting board shape.

I think it worked well, actually, even though it's s more solid image. I have a cousin who dors real pyrography, and some of his pieces have solid area in them... And yes, the shape of the frame is great for a kitchen feel.
