This is for Lee's DTGD challenge to do bokeh. I love doing a bokeh background. Inspired by color challenge 904, I used similar colors to ink blend Parakeet Party, Coastal Cabana, and Flirty Flamingo on my panel. I then added white craft ink using my homemade circle stencil.
When done, I cut the panel apart in different sized pieces and adhered to a white card base. The gifted balloons were added with different levels of foam popping a couple of them up. I drew strings in with a gold gel pen and added the gold glittery sentiment to complete the card.
Thanks for the challenge and thanks for looking!

Ooh this is so beautiful Catherine. You and I must have been in sync as I was thinking of cutting my panel up. It’s still drying. I shall have to come up with a different plan. Fav’d. Happy day
