The water colour background for this card was made by taping water colour paper down onto a glass work mat and spritzing with water. Using a paintbrush I added splotches of colour over the card and then splattered some paint. The water on the card makes the splotches. Let the card dry thoroughly. Taking a Micron pen I then doodled flowers around the splotches of colour and added some sparkle with glitter plens.
