When I spied this fabulous graduation card by Penni (aka razldazl), I knew I wanted to use her eclipse technique in my great-nephew's HS graduation card. I loved her use of colored cs to stack the numbers. Here's one of Penni's great cards with that technique: Riordan HS Graduation by razldazl at Splitcoaststampers
Since I had made a pop-up box for his sister's graduation, I wanted a bit more than a standard card for him. I decided to try my hand at a W-Fold.
The card is pretty straight forward: On the cover, I die cut two rectangles to create the blue frame. The numbers are stacked with five layers of blue cs behind the silver.
On the inside, the squares are a combination of a digital image of the school mascot, stamps and dies. I added patterns to the balloons with the EFs. The inside is a bit plain, but it's for a teen boy so I didn't want to get too fussy with it. I know he will enjoy the personalization with the school colors, etc.
Big congrats to my great-nephew. I know he has a big bright future ahead of him. TFL
