I have to admit the WCW challenge this week was frightening, but I saw that others braved it in creative ways and embraced it which gave me the courage to try. The artist in the video was humorous, fun to listen to (love that accent) and very talented - I will be watching more of his videos for sure. Thanks for challenging us, Kia.
Knowing I was going to try this squirrel, I found something on the IC site to inspire me:

Oh my goodness, Nancy, your watercoloring is AMAZING. Your creations have the true painterly quality that I observe in all good water color artists. I think it's something you are born with. I'm truly in awe.

Great job! Luv it! You really captured the expression beautifully. We luv to watch the squirrels play in our yard. We put out food for them to keep them off the bird feeders. At the moment we have 3 all black squirrels visit every day - they are very rare on the Cape. A fav for sure.

What a very creative and beautiful sketch and watercoloring you did. I love it and the colors, along with the bushy tail. Glad you joined us with your wonderful work of art.
