This is for today's WTUI challenge "Text Me" to use text or to depict cell phone, texting, etc. I needed a sympathy card for my friend who lost her dear cat very unexpectedly this week so I started with this dsp with definitions. The poem was computer generated and author is unknown. I blended light brown ink on the edges of the poem panel, stamped the cat and some paw prints and matted it to red. I added some red twine and popped the main panel up onto the text. TFL

so comforting, Claudia. I admit I got teary eyed, too, just reading the poem and thinking of our rescue cat. I love that fat cat at the bottom of your poem...your friend will touched by your kindness.

Oh, wow, this is so touching and so true! We still find ourselves missing our beloved, Tiger, Little Bit, and Storm. We sometimes call the boys, "Little Bit". I think I "saw" Storm the longest after she was gone. As the poem says "old habits still can make us think...." Your card is beautiful and it's lovely to know that it isn't silly to miss our pets!

What a beautiful verse. I am teared up as I write this. Very true and you have presented it beautifully. I have put it in my favourites for I know I will case you in the future! :-)
