I had done this alcohol ink background from a video by Spellbinders. A small clear glass bowl was put down on the Graphix plastic and gold ai drawn around the edge. Every layer of ai I layed down, I dried with a Revlon hair dryer on low setting. Added the greens, tried to keep them corralled by drying with that hair dryer, although it wasn't easy. I ended up having too much green every where so had to take some off with alcohol. That's the beauty of Graphix, for the most part, it doesn't stain. After all the ink is dried, I added small drops of alcohol to activate so I could use the hair dryer to create leaves. On the video, she created these perfectly shaped leaves; imperfect Jean did not achieve the same look. I splattered a bunch of the greens too. It isn't as perfect as the video but I'm happy with it. I cut some branches with the die, sprayed them with bronze and coffee colored sprays and added my little pussywillow buds. I've had the branches of pussywillows for a long time and they're falling apart. I couldn't throw them away. I love the little MB sentiment, just the right size and so delicate.

FAV’ed right off….love you’ve branched out with actually ‘musing’ those AI plops into leaves. This is a stunner, bfnm.! It encourages me to get out those supplies and give it a go. Beautiful. You must be so pleased.

Oh my! This is fabulous! I bet that looks amazing as you turn it in the sunlight. The willows are 'blooming' in the park behind me now. A prelude to spring!
