Pretty Layered Happy Spring Birthday Card, making die cut layered and ink sponged blooms for a dimensional spring-y card, multi-layered stamping with metallic and distress ink to create a realistic looking watering can, adding stitched scallop layers in two different sizes to create a focal effect for the flower arrangement. I had fun making this card, assembling the forget-me-nots ( can't believe how many pretty colors forget-me-nots come in!-do a google search!) and challenged myself to come up with a watering can look that I love-still shiny , but a bit distressed. My daughter loved the card, which made the time commitment all the better.
