I kept her general layout but substituted a sentiment as my focus point instead of the beautiful wreath she had used. I chose a blue theme instead of her fall colors.
I stamped a floral ink-resist panel then added a white lace border die cut. The sentiment is white embossed on a blue oval and matted with a white scalloped oval. Three rhinestones were added near the bottom.
Thank you, Ardyth, for the great challenge. Leslie, you have a wonderful gallery. Enjoy your special week as our Featured Stamper!

Beautiful case. Love the floral resist panel. The blues look pretty together. Love the white embossed sentiment in the oval. The trim is a nice touch. Great card!

Love your stamping and white embossing some blooms kicks this up a notch. I love that sentiment and wish I had gotten this stamp set. It looks wonderful with the scallop border and I love the delicate lace edgelit you added. Wonderful case of Leslie's pretty card, Rita!

Beautiful CASE. Naturally I love all the blue hues you have here. Such a lovely, peaceful feel to this card. Your resist panel with the blue and white blooms is fab. And, I agree with Shirl, that sentiment stamp is a beauty. Wonderful card for a dear friend.

What a beautiful card. The lacy border just pops against the dark blue.
