Ways to use It Challenge: Forever Blowing Bubbles. I did Bubble Painting from the TLC788 Challenge for my background. I used water, dish soap and ink refills in Pacific Point and Bermuda Bay colors. I wanted a watery look. I had fun bubble painting with large pieces and scraps; I chose this panel for my card because it was precut and ready to go. Also, I stamped air bubbles above the fish.
Free 4 All: It's a Girl Thing. My card is going to a young girl battling cancer. She loves pink & purple and mermaids. I used an under the sea theme with girly colors, Wink of Stella glitter, pearls & gems for treasures. The pink fish was stamped on shimmer paper, fussy cut and popped up on Dimensionals.
Thanks to the hostesses. Thanks for looking. Happy New Year!

That soft bubble background is beautiful looking, and the fish on shimmer paper must look so fabulous, sure to cheer this young girl. If you think a Teapot Tuesday party would be appropriate, drop a message to jennifrann.
