For Jayne's bubble challenge, I went looking through my background drawer for a soap bubble background. But I didn't have any left. I did find a bubble wrap background though! I sponged Broken China and Salty Ocean over the white and then used white ink and a circle stencil to give it a bokeh effect. I stamped some bubbles directly on the background and popped some up with my cute seahorses.
