I was reminded how great it is to not have to lick a postage stamp....The one on the bottom (Santa) was one of those old 'have to lick' ones. I guess, after the fact, I should have just glued it. Sometimes, I'm not so clever.
So yesterday, I remembered that my intention was to make many Christmas cards with my collection of old and new postage stamps. I've saved some stamps from old cards my parents received and I've bought some on Etsy. Found a cool background, I think made with Marabu marbling inks, and that was that. This is for Kim's VSN-feature a hat, scarf, or mittens ala Mary Tyler Moore tossing her hat when she moves to Minneapolis. All three of my postage stamps have figures with hats. VSN is all about television so check it out!
Finally this is for Jo Ann and her FS week. She and I are Club Scrap buddies so I used a CS sentiment. This is what I CASEd: ABC15W23 - Snowflakes by Jo Ann F. at Splitcoaststampers
Kept the layout more or less, a fun background and a sentiment in the bottom right corner. Usually I'm all about the layout for FS. Enjoy your week, Jo Ann, I'm enjoying your gallery today!

OMG, you made me laugh! I would have done the same thing (licked the stamp and then figured I could have used one of my 25 different adhesives to glue it on!) Great idea and that background is also stunning!
