This is for the color challenge 873 this week. I didnt know if I could make it work but I think I got it. I used blending brushes with the three colors of the challenge to create the watery background. I stamped, colored and fussy cut the otters, cat tail, rock and fish. I used a white pen to draw in the waves and used a scalpel to cut them so that the cute little otters could poke out of the water. I used dies for the background papers and mounted the images on mint macaroon and all on a white card base. TFL

I'm otterly in love with this. So cute and your ink blended water looks fabulous. Love the die cut frames -- works great on this card. Kudos on the fussy cutting and cutting the waves for those otters to poke down into. Such a great touch. Adorable scene and an awesome card.
