This card is for the CC869 challenge to use Cherry Cobbler, Shaded Spruce and Gold. I used white as my neutral color and made the gold stenciled snowflake background the highlight of the card. I thought the white snow layers, evergreen sprigs and deer looked beautiful against the gold and white background so I only used touches of the green and cherry cobbler cardstock to decorate the necks of the deer. This was a fun challenge.

Beautifully done. Love the gold stenciling as the highlight. The snowy die-cut scene is lovely. I like the creative idea to use just a touch of the Cherry & Spruce. Superb!

Kittie your design is captivating, I love the stenciled background with silhouette of deer! Your take of the gold and white is not only unique but beautiful too! TFS

I LOVE this - the idea of gold light shining through the snowflakes is absolutely stunning. The white with the restrained use of the other colors keeps it traditional while still being a creative approach to the challenge.
