This was a fun card to make and a fun challenge - great colors chosen by Chris!! I was originally just going to do a little parade of these adorable birdies (the number one reason I bought this set) and then I thought it would be cute to have them pulling the sled of gifts....it just kind of evolved. Dessert was something weathered so I used the plank folder and aged it with some crumb cake ink - Happy Tuesday everyone!!

I love the way your design evolved -- birds pulling the sleigh. That sleigh looks heavy weighed down with those wonderful gifts, but I think they can pull it and they look very cute doing so. Love the addition of the twine for the reins. Such a fun card.

This is so cute & fun. Love the birds pulling the sleigh full of presents. The woodgrain background looks terrific. Love the glitter and the gorgeous red satin ribbon & bow. Creative way to attach the sentiment, too. Fabulous inspiration for the challenge colors.

What a sweet and imaginative sled team you have here, Karen! I kept thinking why don't I have a string of birds in my set - by adding that little hump you've managed to make each one of birds look unique even though it's multiples of the same bird. Just WOW!
