I needed a b-day card for the hubby, and Iâve had the WT challenge niggling at my brain since Thursday! This seasonal whimsey set is a tough one to use without doing it just one colour or without owning markers! I used my stampin spots to colour it in and didnât mind if my inks overlapped a bit. I stamped into versamark before applying my ink and then added clear ep and heated to pop the colours. My curves are the stem from a lily die and I used the leftover larger curved piece for the Happy Birthday layer. I die cut my tiny leaves from white paper, coloured with copics and then sponged my SU colours over top. I find that gives a more saturated colour.

The curved lines and little leaves are a great pairing with the Seasonal Whimsy stamp - what a beautiful card. And the bright colours and black are fab together, so crisp looking. At this stage so many of my markers are dry that I too am ending up using ink pads on stamps like this.
