I definitely wanted to give Anita's challenge (TLC861~ Double Tube Card ~ 08 /23/2021 by snietje at Splitcoaststampers) a go, because we were the lucky recipients of her beautiful sample card. Probably the closest we'll get to Paris this year, sigh, unless things really pick up by November/December.
It always takes me a couple of attempts to get the feel of a new fold, and my first one is always more about making the card itself - next time round I'll have more ideas for decorating it.
I used brown Bazzill for my base, the papers for lining the insides of the tubes are old LOTV and the front ones are from a TH Christmas pad. I simply added a bunch of his wildflowers cut from black, as they were tall and fit the panels well. I added a few small butterfly stickers. On the front of the card when it's closed, I used some different DP on the two panels. The bellyband is green Bazzill with punched edges, and I added a sentiment from Fabulous Florets and a larger butterfly. I felt a bit ho hum about this, but DH really liked it and said I was being too hard on myself.

Your DH said exactly what I wanted to say, you are too hard on yourself, I love the inside with the wildflowers and love the pretty matching brown bazzill paper, the butterflies are very pretty and choosing a belly to keep this closed is a fantastic idea, so no worries anymore??

The butterflies and flowers look gorgeous with that wood grain dp!
I followed the link and understand the basics of this fold, but I am just baffled by your ability to attach dp inside the tubes. Looks great, tho.
