I took the easy route and opted for some fun animals from StarvingArtistamps. There's a little piecing on the armadillo and ???, and the hyaena was stamped on a semi-metallic yellow, with extra shading added. I fussy cut them all, and added them to a bright background of old DP (Provocraft, I think). I gave them a jungle setting with a Darice ef, rubbing the raised part with crayons, and some torn textured paper. Added a sentiment from Mama Elephant, and layered it up on bright colours for a finished size of 6 x 4 3/4 - so I've just had to make an envelope ready to mail it tomorrow.

Really like the way you used the embossing folder to give the ground all that texture .... your background paper makes a lovely backdrop for your cute critters!

This is super - I'm more than 7 times James's age and that hyena has tickled me all over so I can image the belly laugh this may well bring a 10 year old. Love the plaid fur on your prairie dog. (He's cute that's why I'm giving him prairie dog status)

Can't go wrong with the laughing hyena/hyaena in this challenge - these group of animals are hilarious, Sabrina! I do love the bright squares behind them, too, it definitely makes for a cheerful card!
