My first card in the gallery with this fold was for WT173, and then Beth featured it for TLC179, so that's neither yesterday nor the day before!
I planned to make this for my BIL, but once it became a very blingy wreath, I decided that it would be for one of the girls in work. Since I'd just finished making 11 origami tulips as shades for a string of LED lights, it was fun to stay in the origami zone.
My background paper is TH, and the blintz base is folded from an old MME 12x12 Christmas pack. I used a 51/2" square, and used eyelets to hold the folds closed (they don't go through the inside square, just through the folded frame part. I used a wreath die from Clearly Besotted, and decorated it with some very old bling, and popped it up on thin foam. Spent a long time looking for a small Noel die, and in the end found some gold sticker sentiments in my box of Christmas embellishments, which did the job.

Wow, what a fun card! It's got everything...fancy fold, lots of bling, and then the eyelets for a finishing touch. How creative to use eyelets to keep the folds together.
