SO very smart to use the fall leaves dsp to die-cut that gorgeous maple leaf, it looks WONDERFUL!!! I'm always drawn to fall leaves cards, and I want to make a bunch next fall. The textures used really work so well together, especially the two patterned papers, I'm not good at mixing them and so I admire when artists like you do it well. I like that you used a real button with twine on your card, I generally use button die cuts lately, but it reminds me to pull out real buttons. I'd love to find a bottle of vintage buttons for that purpose... Wonderful texture and a great focal point, although I still think that your maple leaf die-cut of that glorious fall leaves patterned paper is THE focal point!!!
Thank you again for leaving that kind and thoughtful comment on my hand-stitched card, you really encouraged me, knowing that you noticed my card and liked it enough to stop and leave a comment means a lot!!!
