You can find this week's WTUI challenge HERE. It's my turn to host, and I hope that you'll find it fun.
For this, I used a drilled bamboo domino tile. From Carla's last challenge, I still had postage stamps out, so I used those to cover both sides of the tile, adhering them with multi medium matte. I cut some snow from white glitter card, and two green trees using the Hometown Greetings dies. I added two tiny little deer from Poppy Stamps, and a gold star on each side, with plenty of multi medium to hold everything. I was able to thread some wire through and then wrap ribbon all around the edge - took a bit of work threading the wire through it at the top, but it looked neater that way so I persevered. To finish off nd fill in any gaps, I added some coarse silver glitter that one of the guys in work gave me - he thinks it was his grandmother's.

This is so cool...I've never done one of these altered dominoes...Yours turned out wonderfully! Great idea to use the postage stamps and that antique glitter is a fabulous addition.

What fun these are!! Will you use them on your tree? Make them necklaces? The stamps trees and baby deer are all fabulous, mf!
