I love that you went with the portrait orientation and put that long necked creature as the focal point. You know, with some additional clouds, snipping the neck and letting him grow, this could expand into a super slimline card. Might be just the thing to celebrate when Samantha hits 6'.

Great use of the sketch. I like the way you added the pill of water underneath and cloudy sky above, carrying through from the image. My younger sister is about six inches taller than me, I was always envious. But then she says I am trim and petite, so maybe there are advantages...

Great card! I love the giraffe ... so much so, that I had to Google it and order it. That sent me on a shopping spree. Oh, so bad. Your granddaughter might not love being tall at this point in her life but I think one day she'll love it! I'm 5'9", hated it growing up but loved it once I got in my 20s and up.
