I created this card for Nancy's Messy, Mixed & Joyful challenge: Altered Playing Cards.
I brushed gesso on my card and glued another card to the back of this card. I had so much fun, digging through my stash of odds and ends to create this card.
I stamped "ART" and some round "sun" shapes on the card and sponged it with black. I sewed my vellum strip across the top, letting the thread criss cross my card and gluing it in place. I tapped my VersaMark over my card at the top and lower left corner, using copper embossing powder and heat emboss the card. I used 3D pop dots to attach my sun earring. I also added 3 sequins and one of them even has a googly eye! ;)
