Oh - I want an old fashioned shirtwaist dress made out of those fun pastel diagonal stripes - Really eye catching using it both as a frame and in that die cut.

This is really cool, Vicki. Love the rainbow colors in the hug and the background! The wonky stitches and scallops add so much interest too. Great card!
