I made this car for my youngest granddaughter who is becoming a preteen. She loves purple and polka dots. I always aim to please her.
I made 2 mats glued them together and cut out the oval with SU layering ovals, and stitched shapes. after I cut the hole I cut a frame around the opening by placing 2 oval dies inside each other to get may frame. I then glued it to the opening. I raised both mats up with dimensionals and
slid in the white stitched oval.
I used a lavender base card. I cut the balloons with SU balloon die in different colors.
I colored the sweet preteen with SU write and blend pens an used my aqua pens to even out the color. I added wink of stella on her sunglasses, her polka dot top and shoes. I stamped gorgeous. and stamped Happy Birthday stamp, can't for the life of me remember where I got the stamp. I added string to my balloons and a ribbon to finish it off.

I love how the balloons are just floating right off the page. Very sweet card for a very sweet girl. But then, you are a very sweet grandma to feature her favorite colors!
