This is going to a friend who's going through a tough time right now. She is a Stampin' Up demonstrator so I wanted to use all Stampin' Up supplies.
For the flower, I used my old Stampin' Up markers to color the stamp directly and huffed on the stamp to remoisten before stamping. I used a blender pen to pull the color from the outlines to fill in. I watercolored the yellow background. It's been a good month since I stamped, b/c I went on a trip, then I was catching up on work and house projects. But I hopefully I'm starting to get in the stamping groove again.
I'm playing along with two challenges. I always love the examples their design teams create:
1. First is the Inspire.Create challenge to use the new In Colors. I got the new 'Flower for all seasons papers' which are just beautiful. I used the jade polka dot paper on this card and tried to use yellows that look like the new bumblebee color: https://inspirecreatechallenges.blog...74-colour.html
