I made this for the daughter of one of the girls in work. I was about to stick a couple of real shells on, and then I thought hang on, Ayla is only two - if they fell off she might swallow them. So I subbed them with some die-cuts. Nothing much to explain, dies all the way. The sea layers were embossed with D'vine Swirl and have Stickles on them. The sand was embossed with SU Subtle. It's not a great photo because I needed to bring it in to work yesterday. The last card I posted to one of her other daughters took four days to get there - and she only lives about ten miles away. I was hoping for another alpha die set to arrive, but that too is slow in transit.

How very kind and thoughtful of you to make this sweet 2nd birthday card for the daughter of one of your work colleagues, and to personalize it too! She, I am sure loved that cute whale and the swirling waves, all of the details are sure to make that 2-year-old very happy, Sabrina!!! I am trying to picture the card once it folds down, but assuming that the Ayla part does not... There's even a cute spout of water swirling around above that whale, plus I really like all of the distressed edges as well as the beautiful gold cardstock. You've thought of everything, even some stickles on the swirls of the whales and to make it safe for a two-year-old. I can only imagine Ayla's delight and the happiness of her parents and other family and friends when Ayla opened this card for her birthday!!! SO kind of you, Sabrina, but from all I can see on SCS, that's just who you are--so often thinking and doing acts of kindness for others.
Blessings to you, Sabrina, I always enjoy seeing your work!
