What a fun VSN challenge by Sue: "Endless Summer" which required you to make a card related to one of the Beach Boys' songs! Such fun listening to all those old tunes.
I combined this VSN with the TLC challenge: Rubber Bands. I created my background using rubber bands twisted on a pencil, rolled in black acrylic paint and then rolled over my cardstock. It looked like tire treads to me.
I stamped and heat embossed my classic car in black representing the T-bird in the song: Fun, Fun, Fun! I have no idea what kind of car this is, but I'm sure it would have been fun cruising around with the top down. I used silver mirror paper for a layer behind the handwritten sentiment and the rubber band background. I popped up my sentiment and fussy cut car with 3D adhesive dots.
Thanks for 2 great challenges Sue and Karen!

Fabulous card! The rubber bands make a terrific background and - regardless of what make the car is - it DOES look like a fun, fun, fun cruising car! Thanks for playing!
