Made this card using no stamps. I decoupaged a napkin (no its not DSP) on a piece of whisper white. Then used the peony die to cut the scalloped edge. I then ran it through the Embossing folder from the Peony Suite.
I cut out the peony flower and sponged on colour, then misted with water and crumpled up each layer to create some dimension. My first time using the glitter brush from SU and it kind of gushed out, so a little more than I would have liked. Used some new products today, really like the little sequins, not too bulky to mail. Just realized I forgot to add the center stamen to my flower. Oh well, next time!
Thanks for looking today!

Wow, what an unusually creative way to build a wonderful card!!! I think that it takes great ingenuity to take a napkin and some ink and a die and create such a beautiful peony. I love it!!! This is a truly gorgeous card, I love all of the colors you have used and the patterned paper, it's truly lovely!!! I especially love all of the different textures and colors that you have created in this wonderful peony, I really think that you are on to a cool and great technique here!!!
