Itâs my pleasure to host the Featured Stamper Challenge (FS695) so a big congrats to Chrysi! She has a wonderful gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the blues & watery looking bg but used different images, dies & swapped out a curved flower for the curved palm tree.
For my card, I made a watercolor bg which originally was going to be the feature of the card, but to my eyes, just wasnât that impressive. So itâs now a background & I think it works better there. The flower image is a layered, multi part stamp & I used some different blues & greens to stamp it onto the circle. The partial greeting was white embossed onto the cobalt blue.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ closeups & product links: The Write Stuff

Gorgeous color on this card, Julie. I love your bg, framing, and image, but the hugs is my fave, of course. LOVE THIS! Hugz

What a beautiful case of my card! definitely a modern card with wonderful features, such as, background, edging, flower, colors and everything else! Lovely card!
Julie, this is so striking. I love the background colors and how you blended the inks. It is the perfect background for the flower layer but I do think it is impressive enough to have been the main card focal point. You are rocking the new layered flower sets.
