Lisa is the hostess for this week's Ways To Use It challenge and she picked "Gel Medium, Mod Podge, Techniques With Glue...", so I busted out my Mod Podge and opted for some faux silk. I have fun creating a soft pattern.
I found some OLD rubber in my stash and trimmed out three little strips to stamp repeatedly in my background. It was kind of fun to make my own stamp.
For the record, I usually use a glue stick for Faux Silk and I found the Mod Podge messy and hard to control. I'm also not a girl who likes to use a lot of sticky or wet things in my paper crafting.
Thanks for looking!

Love how the vellum sentiment does not hide any of your beautiful Faux Silk background, Toni! Very clever making your own little stamp! Wonderful sample for this gluey challenge!

How pretty to use vellum for the sentiment.....doesn't detract from the beautiful bg!

I love that you created your stamp and way to go on the technique with the modge podge. I have not tried this technique but have it on my list of techniques to try.
