It is tulip time all over the world, well...Northern Hemisphere! Our Southern friends are enjoying Autumns vibrant leaves. An elegant and beautiful challenge, Anita.
I chose to use the PSX Botanical classic. I kept it simple. Watercoloring with wax pastels. I added a bit of vintage seam binding for the fussy bow, a mat of Basic Grey (long retired) DP. I love the Parrot Tulips...bold stripes of color with dagger like petals. Thank you for mentioning the song, too. It is lovely.
