Hello Friends, This is my first upload in too long. I had to step back and shift my focus on work and life. Anxiety, some minor health issues and my sister's physical and mental health issues were starting to pile up on me. I suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affect Disorder) and I just needed to hibernate this winter.
I only did minimal stamping for loved one's birthday's as needed. I have missed you all terribly, the beautiful gallery that I very occasionally stopped in to browse, but most especially the kind and uplifting community that you are here at SCS. This card speaks to that as well as the trying times we currently face. Wishing everyone good health and safety from the Corona virus.
Making this card took me a week because my creative mojo is making a slow comeback and I finally finished it on Thursday. The stencil bg was actually a play around from last fall.
My background was made with green brushos and the eyelet stencil by spritzing the wc paper with water then sprinkling brusho cystals and next placing the stencil on top and leaving it to dry. I stamped the flowers and bar code stamp on the bg. Next, I brushed some white pigment ink through a wavy dot stencil then paper pieced the flowers. I spattered some Inka Gold and added the chit chat stickers that I layered onto yellow cs and outlined with a black marker.
I saw that it worked perfectly for this week's mix challenge.

Welcome back. Hoping things get better soon - you are under a lot and this virus stuff is probably not helping. Sending some prayers and some cyber hugz.
Your card is gorgeous. I love the bg and the cool and refreshing look. Love all the green too. Fabulous.
