I followed a Jennifer McGuire tutorial for layering ink on dark cs. I stamped the solid lotus blossom in white pigment ink on Midnight Muse, in my Misti. Then cleaned the stamp and stamped again in Ranger denim dye ink with same stamp. Then I did the same thing with the next stamp in the set. The last detailed stamp I stamped with silver and embossed with silver EP. I spattered white metallic acrylic paint which was mixed with water. I added Nuevo dots, and white embossed the sentiment. I fussy cut and popped up one one of the flowers , and cut part of the other, and layered the one panel with 3 layers of white under it. This was a tip from Jennifer to use scrap white to add dimension rather than foam tape. So, this is for our March Layer it up S2S challenge. Also, it is for N for Nuevo Drops for our Alpha challenge. Thank you to Ann & Ina. So this is for the Blue Moon Fan Club Challenge, too. Inspired by blue and it looks like a starry sky.

So beautiful Sharon! I absolutely love mavy and white. The flowers are gorgeous. I often use several layers on a panel or image instead of using dimensionals.

This is really striking Sharon with a wonderful card design. You have taken a slightly older stamp set and made it feel new and modern with this gorgeous sympathy card. ~Karen.

Sharon, dark backgrounds always give me problems, but you came up with such a lovely design for this pretty sympathy card.
