This girl's got curves and so does the balloon ;) That cute image is thanks to Jen (Miss Boo), not sure what company it's from. I colored her and die cut the panel and mat. Die cut a circle, cut a triangle and sponged on ink. Die cut Birthday Wishes and layered the pieces. Added a piece of baker's twine under the balloon to complete. TFL

I'm pretty sure that's Stamping Bella. What a lovely birthday card. Your balloon looks great on that fun paper. Great colouring of the image. Funny, at first I saw a stack of books with the boots on top ...but obviously she's been shopping and they are boxes.
