The background was done using an embossing folder and then dragging an ink pad over raised part. The HFC images were stamped, colored, die cut, popped up and framed! Thanks for stopping by!

Francie, it's so good to see your card in the gallery! The card has such a beautiful scene. I love the lighthouse sitting on the hill above the water and birds. The frame around it and the background panel are perfect for the scene. Great card, Francie!
