Todayâs fun Teapot Challenge is brought to us by Jacqueline and is all about the year of the rat. Iâve made a Happy New Year card that I will send to my sweet friend Christine, whom I havenât seen in probably about a year, but I send her encouraging cards as often as I can. Life is so hectic andI may not have time to see all of my friends in person, but I am always thinking of them and sending cards helps me to let them know that. Iâve used this Bugaboo digi with a rat celebrating the New Year with his cat friend. Iâve used green, blue and gold. Also three layers on my card and two cute critters. SC189 was a good one for this challenge because all the layers are shifted slightly to the westâthe direction of love in the year of the rat. I felt bored with my card when I finished it, so I die cut some gold hearts to spread around. Still a little flat and boring, so I printed out another image and fussy cut the balloon, party hat, and cupcake to pop up for some dimension. Now Iâm happy, but I didnât check off any of my resolution boxes today.

You have the cutest most fitting images Jen. This one is perfect for our challenge. And very clever on your part to sneak the lucky numbers in on the layers. High five!
