I liked Nancyâs design and her use of the gingham paper. I had three more December Birth Flower cards to make. I like to send non-holiday looking cards for those who have birthdays in holiday months. A touch of springtime during a cold month would be a nice surprise.
The yellow and lime gingham DSP worked great for the December flower â Narcissus, which comes in an all yellow variety, like a daffodil.
Changes: colors, theme, bunch of flowers instead of single one, alignment of gingham strip, did not use sentiment banner as the sentiment is part of the square but did use some banners of gingham paper, no embellishments for ease of mailing.
Nancy ~ Thank you for sharing your cards and projects with us, and for inspiring me to create today!

Thank you and for your very nice comments! I love your beautiful cards. I love gingham and how it presents itself in the cards. I'm already for Spring!

Your cards are awesome! I like making cards similar to this in gift packs....3-4 similar, but different cards, wrapped with a bow makes a wonderful gift.
