I saw a pale green dress that reminded me of this new shimmer powder I've been playing with for some backgrounds. I took the photo at a funny angle, hoping that you could see some of the beautiful shimmer. The leaves and sentiment flag were cut from white, the sentiment stamped in vintage jadeite and a sprinkle dot and multi-loop bow were added. Here's my inspiration.

Hi Sue, what a beautiful inspired card! I can see the sparkle on the paper.. really adds a lot.
Love the pop of all white, detailed leaf branches.
