One of DH's niece's has just had a baby, and he wanted a card. The colours in the background piece which I made when I visited Anita in the summer looked good, so I embossed the panel with the Shimmering Stars ef from Creative Expressions, and highlighted some of the stars with silver, gold and Stickles. I edged the panel with Stickles, too.
The LOTV image was stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with Inktense pencils. I used a gold gel pen for the stars, and Perfect Pearls mixed with water for the moon, so it shimmers. I added Stickles to line the clouds, rounded the corners and edged the panel with more Stickles. Layered some distressed cheesecloth underneath, and added the sentiment.

What a darling baby card! I love all the colors and should be a keepsake for the mother/ baby! When I was born, my mother put all my cards in an album which I loved looking through when I was home .

Super DARLING little baby card...of course, I'd like it to be pink clothes for the cute bunny 'cause I'm expecting another granddaughter in 6 weeks! Love, love the gauze and background mixed media applications!
