I loved the colors for today's Color Challenge and decided to pull out my Gel plate and do some printing. I hadn't done any image transfers in a while so decided to do one today. I used Golden Open liquid acrylics for the image (brayer down the paint-lay the magazine page down rub lightly then remove and let dry) and then brayered the saffron and blue colors over that to pull the print. I then brayered the orange color and added bubblewrap texture and pulled bits of that around the edges. I used colored pencils to saturate the blue more and to add color to the face. I also used both colored pencil and pencil to add shading. I wrote my verses in marker.
